Product descriptionLinseed Oil is a natural oil used for interior wood finishing. It offers a satin finish resistant to water and alcohol. Over the years, when applied to light coloured wood, Linseed Oil gives wood an amber tone. Double boiled Linseed Oil is a blend of linseed oil & other processed oil which have been processed thru heating and blowing to produce Mixed Double Boiled Linseed Oil. Heating the oil causes it to polymerize and oxidize, effectively making it thicker and increasing the viscosity. Further a blend of driers is added to reduce its drying time. The added driers enable the oil to dry quickly and form a film on the surface. This oil is mainly used indoors. It is mainly used in the paint industry and construction industry.
